At Poppetpals, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all eligible fashion items. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
